Orange Drugs Limited is wholly, an indigenous pharmaceutical marketing and manufacturing company based in Lagos and other branches.
YEAR OF REGISTRATION
Orange Drugs Limited is an incorporated limited liability company. With an authorized, fully paid share capital of N5 million naira. It was registered on 20th July, 1988 (RC: 115913). It is involved in the marketing and distribution of well-tested drugs which are manufactured in the United States of America, Germany, Indonesia, Italy and India with the Nigeria market in mind.
The concept, design and composition of these drugs are legal ownership of Orange Drugs Limited given to these pharmaceutical giants to manufacture for Orange Drugs pending when its manufacturing plant will take off.
HISTORY
In 1988, Orange Drugs Limited, metamorphosed into an incorporated limited liability company from the microcosm of a small retail pharmaceutical chemist known as Eastern Industrial Chemist based in Port-Harcourt and owned by the family of the current chairman/CEO Orange Drugs Ltd. - Mr. Tony Ezenna.
The Chemist shop was to provide the leadership and management grounds for the young Chief Executive from 1975 to 1988.
Having gathered sufficient experience, he left the family business to form his own company "Orange Drugs Limited" Registered and incorporated on 20th July, 1988 with No: RC 115913. |
